Refund Policy

At TaxiWebPro.com and TaxiWebPro.ca, we believe in transparent pricing. The initial fee is 100% refundable if the work has not yet begun and the request is made within 7 days of signing the contract.

If work is in progress, a partial refund will be calculated proportionally. Once the site is live, no refund is possible. Recurring monthly fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, with 30 days' written notice — without penalty. Regarding Google Workspace: in accordance with Google's official policy, subscriptions purchased through Wix are non-refundable. TaxiWebPro.com and TaxiWebPro.ca cannot authorize refunds on these fees.
